Tim Dolan, Resicor's president, traces the beginning of his construction interest to his college days, as he worked in the summer while attending school in Washingtion, D.C.  After graduating, he relocated to the Philadelphia area, bringing with him degrees in Finance and Business Administration, along with his increasing passion for the building business. Since that time he has been active in all facets of the construction industry.  His work includes private custom homes, new homes for sale to market, beautiful residential renovations of all sizes, multi-family and age-in-place residences, as well as institutional, commercial and retail projects for which he has been highly acclaimed. Resicor takes great pride in the relationships it has established with the craftsmen and architects with whom it has teamed, and credits them for the role each has played in its success.
